This company is a VC-backed, Sharia-compliant fintech lender providing fast, flexible financing to SMEs across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. They use their own data and technology to make funding quicker and simpler than going to a bank, with clients able to top up as they grow. Headquartered in KSA with a team in Dubai, they are now scaling their UAE commercial team with several Business Development Managers.

What will you be doing?

• Prospecting new SME clients through high-volume outbound, including plenty of cold calls
• Building and owning your own pipeline – there is no inbound lead flow
• Running the full sales cycle on your own, from first contact to close
• Meeting clients face to face and doing site visits where needed
• Keeping your pipeline and activity up to date in HubSpot
• Consistently hitting and beating your sales targets

What do you need?

• At least six years of B2B sales experience in the UAE
• A proven track record of self-generated, outbound new business and comfort with a high volume of cold calls
• Evidence of meeting or beating sales targets
• A background in SaaS, tech or IT is preferred
• Ownership, initiative and a coachable, no-ego attitude
• Fluent English; Arabic is a bonus
• Based in Dubai
