Community Manager – Dubai (JBR)
KinFitz and Co
Are you a facilities management professional who wants to run a residential community as your own business, with the P&L in your hands?
A premium home maintenance business is building something different in the UAE. Instead of running vans out of one central depot, they place a permanent team, an office and a fleet inside each villa community they serve, so residents get a response in minutes and see the same faces every visit. Backed by an established UK business looking after prime London residential, they opened here just over a year ago and already run three communities, with a new one planned every two to three months. They are now hiring the Community Managers who will run them.
What’s in it for you?
– AED 17,000 to 25,000 per month depending on experience
– Single status visa, medical insurance and standard UAE benefits
– Full ownership of your community: your team, your clients and your P&L
– You report directly to the founder, with real autonomy and no layers above you
– Genuine growth as new communities open, both laterally and vertically
– A business small enough for you to shape and backed well enough to support you
What will you be doing?
– Running one villa community end to end: service delivery, the field team, the client relationships and the monthly P&L
– Leading a team of maintenance coordinators and field technicians
– Owning the client book, knowing every homeowner personally and holding every annual maintenance contract renewal
– Converting non-contract clients into annual maintenance contracts alongside the sales team
– Being on the ground in the community every day rather than behind a desk
– Delivering the service standard the brand is built on, from response times to how a job is closed out
– Reporting your community numbers weekly and reviewing your P&L with the founder monthly
What do you need?
– A facilities management background. This is essential, as it is how you will understand the service and speak credibly to homeowners
– B2C experience with residential properties, specifically villas. B2B or common area community management on its own is not enough
– A solid understanding of annual maintenance contracts: what a villa needs each year, how contracts are scoped and how renewals are won
– Experience running a P&L yourself rather than having someone above you do it
– Operationally strong, with the initiative to take a community and run it
– Fluent English is essential. A second language is a bonus
– Based in Dubai
– A UAE driving licence
