We’re working with a growing Microsoft partner in Dubai that delivers Copilot and AI adoption programmes for major enterprise and government clients across the GCC. They’re looking for an AI Learning & Adoption Expert to lead training and adoption across their client base, from executive briefings to awareness sessions for thousands of employees.

What will you be doing?
Deliver executive briefings, awareness sessions and hands-on Copilot workshops
Design and run role-based AI enablement programmes for different audiences
Explain AI concepts clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical users
Collaborate with the technical team on AI agents and real-world use cases
Build strong client relationships and help identify opportunities for new projects
Travel across the GCC to deliver programmes on client sites

What do you need?
A PhD, ideally in engineering, computer science, information systems or a related field
University teaching or professional training experience, confident and adaptable in front of any audience
Strong understanding of AI and genuine interest in Microsoft Copilot and generative AI tools
Commercial mindset, comfortable supporting client growth and new projects
Fluent in English, Arabic is a strong advantage
Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
