Are you an IPMI sales leader who wants to build and own a new international health business from day one?

Our client is a long-established regional insurer, operating across the GCC since the 1960s, with a strong medical insurance book and a loyal base of individual and SME clients. They are now launching their own International Private Medical Insurance product out of Dubai, with the product licensed and ready to sell. This is the first hire into the IPMI business, and you will have experienced underwriting, operations, marketing and claims teams behind you from the start. Leadership is sales-led, approachable and quick to make decisions.

What will you be doing?

* Winning new IPMI business directly with individuals, families and SMEs
* Building the go-to-market plan for the product alongside the CEO
* Opening up broker and partner distribution as the portfolio grows
* Managing and growing the portfolio you build, with support from the underwriting team
* Tracking pipeline, KPIs and results, and reporting regularly to leadership
* Hiring and leading a distribution team over time

What do you need?

* Strong experience selling International Private Medical Insurance in Dubai
* A background with an IPMI insurer such as Bupa Global, Cigna, Allianz Care, AXA Global Healthcare, Now Health or William Russell
* A proven track record in direct sales and winning new business, not just servicing inbound demand
* A hunter mindset, comfortable working within the resources of a regional insurer
* Solid understanding of the GCC health insurance market and regulation
* Relationships with IPMI brokers are a plus
* Based in Dubai, or significant previous experience in the Dubai market
