We’re working with a Microsoft partner delivering a major AI adoption project for a large Kuwait-based enterprise, rolling out Copilot to thousands of users. The project is fully funded by Microsoft and backed by an experienced regional delivery team spread across Dubai, Jordan and Lebanon. They now need one person permanently based in Kuwait to be the face of the project on the ground, coordinating with the client day to day and delivering the workshops that keep the rollout moving.

What will you be doing?
Be the on the ground point of contact for the client’s project team in Kuwait
Coordinate scheduling, logistics and day to day communication between the client and the wider delivery team
Deliver executive and high-level Copilot awareness workshops
Support the technical team when they fly in for deeper workshops, agent builds or dashboard reviews
Build trust and a strong working relationship with the client’s stakeholders
Flag issues or blockers back to the project manager quickly

What do you need?
Currently based in Kuwait and able to work onsite, this role is not open to relocation or visa sponsorship from another country
Some exposure to Microsoft Copilot or a similar enterprise technology rollout, comfortable talking about it at a high level
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, comfortable being client facing without being the project manager
Confident presenting to executives and running structured workshops
Organised and dependable, happy working as part of a distributed team based across several countries
Arabic and English
