A fast growing AI powered smart mobility company based in Dubai has gone from a handful of pilot sites to hundreds of live locations across the UAE in under two years, backed by major real estate and infrastructure partnerships. Every new site needs permits, NOCs and inspections, and that work currently sits with external consultants and contractors. The business is bringing it in house so approvals stop being the thing that slows everything down.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating with RTA, Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities

• Preparing, submitting and tracking applications, NOCs, permits and supporting documents

• Following up on authority comments, resubmissions, approvals and inspections

• Working with internal project teams and consultants to close out authority requirements

• Maintaining authority trackers and giving the projects team regular status updates

• Spotting approval delays early and escalating them before they hit the programme

What we need:

• 5 years of relevant UAE experience in an authority liaison or approvals role

• Hands on experience dealing with RTA and Dubai Municipality, with existing contacts there

• A solid understanding of Dubai authority processes and NOCs

• A degree in engineering, architecture, business administration or project management

• Fluent Arabic and good English

• A UAE driving licence

• Strong Excel skills, and AutoCAD is a bonus
