Account Manager
KinFitz and Co
Are you a technical account manager who can walk into a site meeting on an oil and gas asset, speak the engineer’s language, and stay with that client for years rather than months?
A Dubai based digital manufacturing company is transforming how the region’s largest energy companies handle spare parts. Their platform digitalises spare parts inventory and lets clients manufacture what they need on demand rather than waiting on slow traditional supply chains, and they position themselves as the only company in the Middle East offering this full cycle, from digitalisation through to manufacturing. Around ten years old and still moving with startup speed, they now need a technical Account Manager to own a small, high value portfolio of their most important UAE oil and gas relationships.
This is not a new business hunting role. A separate hire handles opening new accounts. Your job is to take an account from early contracting and tendering all the way through to a mature, ongoing operational relationship, with no handover along the way.
What’s in it for you:
-
Full ownership of the customer journey, from first contract through years of ongoing partnership
-
A concentrated, high value portfolio of around a dozen major accounts rather than a sprawling, shallow book
-
Direct line into the COO and commercial leadership, this is a standalone role with real visibility
-
Base salary AED 25,000 to 35,000 per month, plus a bonus of 10 to 33 percent based on personal and company performance, no commission structure
What you’ll be doing:
-
Managing a portfolio of oil and gas accounts across their full lifecycle, from early contracting and tendering through to mature, ongoing operations
-
Building deep, technical relationships with engineering, operations, supply chain, and procurement stakeholders
-
Speaking credibly to technical challenges around spare parts, maintenance, repair, and operations, including pumps, valves, and compressors
-
Coordinating with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customers see real value from their digital inventory programme
-
Maintaining disciplined account planning and forecasting across long, considered sales cycles of 12 to 18 months
What we need:
-
Genuine oil and gas industry experience, you need to speak the customer’s language from day one
-
A technical or engineering background, ideally with direct exposure to pumps, valves, compressors, or MRO
-
Proven experience managing complex, multi layered enterprise accounts over long sales and delivery cycles
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial audiences alike
-
Arabic language skills are a nice to have, not a requirement
If you want to be the person a client trusts for the long haul, not just the one who closes the deal, we’d like to hear from you.
