Are you an insurance professional in Dubai who takes more pride in keeping a book of clients renewed and happy than in chasing brand new logos?

The client is a global health insurance broker with an established UAE presence, placing medical and general insurance for SME and corporate clients through direct relationships with the market’s biggest local carriers. As the Dubai book grows, they’re hiring an Account Manager to take ownership of an existing portfolio, servicing and renewing relationships rather than hunting them from scratch.

This is a Dubai based, onsite role with genuine room to grow as the book scales.

What will you be doing?
– Managing a portfolio of existing SME and corporate clients, medical weighted with general insurance alongside
– Owning renewals end to end, from remarketing through negotiation to close
– Acting as the day to day point of contact for client queries, policy amendments and claims support
– Liaising directly with local carriers on behalf of clients to resolve issues quickly
– Spotting and flagging cross sell and upsell opportunities within the existing book
– Keeping accurate records of client interactions, renewal dates and policy details

What do you need?
– An insurance industry background, general or health insurance both fine. You don’t need years of experience, just to already know how the market works
– Fluent Arabic speaker, essential for this client base
– A genuine work ethic, reliable, responsive and on top of your book without needing to be chased
– Dubai based, comfortable working onsite
– Fluent English for internal and carrier facing communication
