They help ambitious students secure places at the world’s top universities – Ivy League, Oxbridge, Russell Group – through personalised academic roadmaps, tutoring, and admissions support. With a growing Middle East presence, they are now hiring an Education Advisor to own the UAE market and build long-term relationships with the region’s most aspirational families.
What’s in it for you?

AED 14,000 to 18,000 base per month (DOE)

Uncapped commission – 4.5% of billings (top performers earning AED 25,000+ total per month)

Clear progression to Sales Manager or Country Manager within 18 to 24 months

What will you be doing?
-
Run consultative meetings with parents and students, guiding families through university pathway options from first conversation through to enrolment
-
Own your pipeline end-to-end – targeting 40+ meetings per month and 4 to 6 closings

Conduct academic assessments and match students to the right programme for their goals

Drive business development through school partnerships, events, networking, and referrals

Represent the business at school talks, career expos, and community events across the UAE

Partner with the marketing team to spot campaign opportunities based on what you’re hearing in market

Keep CRM updated daily and submit accurate pipeline reporting
What do you need?

Strong consultative sales experience – ideally in education, EdTech, or another considered high-value consumer sale

A degree from a top 50 university globally – academic credibility is important when selling to high-net-worth families

Confidence and warmth engaging with parents and students across a range of backgrounds

Self-motivated and organised – you can own a full pipeline without being chased

Arabic-speaking is a significant advantage

Based in the UAE or able to start immediately
