Are you a senior enterprise sales professional who can open doors at the C-suite level and educate decision-makers on genuinely transformative technology?

An Australian deep-tech company with proven enterprise deployments across government, defence and large-scale retail is establishing its commercial presence across the Middle East and Europe. Their AI engineering platform fundamentally changes how enterprise software is built – and they need their first senior commercial hire in Dubai to build the regional pipeline.

This is not a quota-carrying closer role. The Founder (CEO) leads the close. Your job is to get in front of the right people, earn their trust, and develop relationships to the point where serious conversations can happen.

What’s in it for you:
– First mover commercial role – you’re building the regional business, not inheriting a playbook

– Existing enterprise wins and Australian Government endorsement to open doors
– Base salary AED 240,000 – 300,000 per annum, milestone incentives, commission and stock options

What you’ll be doing:
– Identifying and qualifying enterprise and government opportunities across UAE, KSA, Qatar and the wider GCC
– Building trusted relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and government decision-makers
– Educating senior executives on AI-led digital transformation – this is a consultative, educator-type role
– Managing opportunities from first contact through to CEO-led close
– Working with Austrade and the company’s global engagement resources for introductions and support

What we need:
– 10+ years in enterprise technology sales with a track record of personally originating and closing complex deals at USD 500k+
– Existing C-suite and government relationships across the GCC – UAE network is essential
– Genuine AI literacy and the ability to communicate complex technology clearly to non-technical executives
– Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re comfortable building from zero in a startup environment
– Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles (6-18 months), multi-stakeholder procurement and government buying processes
