What will you be doing
-
Generating new business across the Middle East by independently targeting new clients
-
Managing a portfolio of up to 50 accounts (Key and Developing) with a focus on growing revenue
-
Curating tailored learning solutions from a world-class content portfolio
-
Building and presenting your own quarterly sales strategy
-
Running the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract close and handover

Collaborating in team BD sessions and contributing to account storms

Following up on marketing-generated leads and converting them into opportunities
What do you need
-
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in L&D, EdTech, SaaS or professional services

Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets

Confident presenter – comfortable pitching to senior stakeholders

Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
-
UAE or GCC market experience preferred

Consultative, solutions-oriented approach to selling

CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar)
-
High energy, self-motivated and resilient
