Are you a natural hunter who thrives on building a pipeline from scratch?
A fast-growing fintech in Dubai is expanding its sales team. They provide revenue-based financing and working capital solutions to SMEs across the UAE – think F&B, retail, and similar businesses with real turnover looking to grow fast. Average deal size: AED 500,000. They have a strong product, a growing client base, and now need driven BDMs to take it to market.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:
You want full ownership of your pipeline from day one. You like outbound – calls, meetings, networking – not waiting for inbound leads to land in your inbox. You’re motivated by commission and want your effort to directly impact your earnings. You want to be part of a high-growth fintech at a genuinely exciting stage.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
* Prospecting and qualifying new SME clients across Dubai
* Running outbound campaigns – cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals, events
* Managing your pipeline end to end, from first contact through to signed agreement
* Building relationships with business owners and finance decision makers
* Hitting monthly disbursal targets and growing your book of business
WHAT WE NEED:
* 2-4 years in a B2B sales or BD role – you have a track record of closing
* Finance, fintech, payments, or lending background is a strong advantage
* You know the UAE SME market and can open doors independently
* Arabic is a plus but not essential
* You’re Dubai-based or ready to relocate
THE PACKAGE:
* Base salary: AED 10,000 – 14,000 per month (depending on experience)
* Commission on top – structured to reward performance
* Full-time, onsite, Dubai
