Are you a deal closer with a strong oil and gas network across the GCC who wants to join a growing regional sales team?

A well-established industrial manufacturing business with over 100 years of engineering heritage is expanding its presence across the UAE and MENA. They supply vacuum systems, process equipment and turnkey engineering solutions to clients in oil and gas, pharma, chemicals and water treatment across 30 plus countries. With an existing customer base in the region and a clear growth mandate, they are now building out their commercial team in Dubai.

– AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month base salary (commission structure to be confirmed)

What will you be doing?

– Taking qualified leads from handover through to signed contract
– Building and managing relationships with clients across oil and gas, pharma and chemical sectors
– Managing a fast-moving pipeline and keeping deals on track from first meeting to close
– Producing and coordinating proposals and RFP responses
– Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
– Reporting into the International Sales Director as part of the UAE commercial team

What do you need?

– A proven track record of closing B2B deals in oil and gas or a related industrial sector
– An established network of contacts across the GCC
– Experience managing the full sales cycle end to end
– Comfortable working at pace in a lean, high-growth environment
– Willingness to travel across UAE and the wider region
– Arabic language skills are a bonus
– Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
