Are you a sales professional with a strong GCC network in oil and gas who wants to take ownership of a high-growth regional territory?

A well-established industrial manufacturing business with over 100 years of engineering heritage is expanding its presence across the UAE and MENA. They supply vacuum systems, process equipment and turnkey engineering solutions to clients in oil and gas, pharma, chemicals and water treatment across 30 plus countries. With an existing customer base in the region and a clear mandate to grow, they are now building out their UAE commercial team to accelerate that expansion.

What will you be doing?

– Owning the full sales cycle across UAE and MENA, from prospecting through to close
– Building and managing relationships with clients in oil and gas, pharma and chemical industries
– Generating leads through field activity and following up on marketing-qualified opportunities
– Winning aftermarket and service contracts alongside new equipment sales
– Supporting the setup and growth of regional service centres
– Representing the business at a senior level with clients and prospects across the region
– Reporting into the International Sales Director and coordinating with the wider global team

What do you need?

– Direct experience selling vacuum systems, process equipment or turnkey engineering solutions
– An established network of contacts in oil and gas across the GCC
– A track record of winning and closing complex B2B sales
– Comfortable operating autonomously in a small, scaling regional team
– Willingness to travel frequently across UAE and MENA
– Arabic language skills are a bonus for wider regional coverage
– Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
