Are you one to three years into a career in FX or payments sales and ready to step into a fast-growth fintech where your effort will actually show?
A profitable, FCA and DFSA-regulated alternative banking and FX risk management business that has grown revenues by roughly 90% year on year for the past three years. They help complex, multi-currency businesses move, manage and protect money across borders – multi-currency accounts, FX hedging, and bulk international payments for businesses that standard banks cannot serve well. They are building out their Dubai commercial team ahead of Q4 and want to bring in a hungry junior who they can develop alongside more senior hires.
What’s in it for you?
– AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month base salary
– 15% commission on net revenue generated – the upside is real and uncapped
– Salary step-up written into your contract when revenue milestones are hit
– Annual profit-sharing scheme for all staff post-probation

– Q3 team incentive: bonus per new account signed plus a team day out target
– DIFC office, Dubai – minimum three days in (most do four); tight, collaborative team of around ten
– Reporting to the local MD in Dubai with a buddy system and structured thirty, sixty and ninety day plan from day one
What will you be doing?
– Prospecting and developing a pipeline of corporate clients through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email, and face-to-face meetings and networking events
– Qualifying and onboarding new clients in the target ICP: importers, exporters, and complex multi-entity businesses with high payment volumes
– Building strong FX and payments product knowledge and contributing to team KPIs around meetings, opportunities created, and calls made
– Working closely with senior team members and the local MD to develop your approach and hit your milestones
– Contributing to wider business improvement including CRM adoption and cross-functional projects
– Iterating on your ninety day plan with your manager as you grow into the role
What do you need?
– One to three years of experience in FX, payments, or B2B financial sales – some relevant foundation is required
– Genuinely curious about FX and payments – not just looking for any sales role
– Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where you are expected to perform quickly with support but without hand-holding
– Motivated by commission and variable upside, not by a high fixed base
– Articulate and coachable – willing to take feedback and adjust your approach
– Based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately
– Arabic is a bonus, not a requirement
