Are you a senior FX or payments sales professional who wants to join a fast-growth fintech at the point of serious scale in Dubai?
A profitable, FCA and DFSA-regulated alternative banking and FX risk management business that has grown revenues by roughly 90% year on year for the past three years. They help complex, multi-currency businesses move, manage and protect money across borders – multi-currency accounts, FX hedging, and bulk international payments for businesses that standard banks cannot serve well. They are building out their Dubai commercial team ahead of Q4 and need a senior hire who can hit the ground running.

– AED 32,000 to 40,000 per month base salary
– 15% commission on net revenue generated – top performers earn significantly more through variable than base

– DIFC office, Dubai – minimum three days in (most do four); collaborative, open-plan team of around ten
– Reporting to the local MD in Dubai, with senior UK leadership accessible
What will you be doing?
– Building and converting a pipeline of complex corporate clients – importers, exporters, multi-entity businesses, and private markets clients
– Owning new business development across face-to-face meetings, networking events, LinkedIn, calls, and email
– Managing and growing existing accounts while prioritising net new revenue
– Qualifying clients against a clear ICP: businesses with fifty or more payments per month, two or more entities, and annual turnover of five to one hundred million pounds
– Contributing to wider business improvement including CRM rollout, product feedback, and cross-functional projects
– Delivering and iterating on agreed thirty, sixty and ninety day plans with your manager
What do you need?
– Four or more years of experience selling FX, payments, or adjacent B2B financial services to corporate clients
– A demonstrable track record of generating new business revenue – the story behind the numbers matters more than the headline figure
– Experience with complex, multi-entity or high-payment-volume clients; minimum twenty thousand pounds annual revenue per client is the target ICP
– A mindset built for a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment – this is not a role for people who need a structured academy or a long ramp-up
– Motivated by commission and variable upside, not a high fixed base
– Based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately
– Arabic is a bonus, not a requirement
