Are you a driven BD professional with insurance sales experience who wants to build a real book of business in Abu Dhabi?

One of the world’s leading international health insurance and employee benefits brokers, this company has built a strong global footprint helping businesses navigate complex insurance markets. With offices across Asia, the Middle East and beyond, they work with SME and corporate clients to structure medical and group benefits programmes that actually deliver. They’re growing their Abu Dhabi presence and need a self-starting BD salesperson to drive new client acquisition on the ground.

What’s in it for you?
– Salary AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month (open up to AED 35,000 for a strong, proven candidate)
– Report directly into the Abu Dhabi manager
– Remote-first with some office time, based in Abu Dhabi

– Work with leading local insurers including ADNIC, Daman and MetLife

What will you be doing?
– Prospecting and winning new clients across SME and corporate segments in Abu Dhabi
– Building and managing a pipeline of medical insurance and employee benefits opportunities
– Structuring solutions in partnership with local insurers including ADNIC, Daman and MetLife
– Working independently from cold outreach through to close
– Growing and managing your own client portfolio over time
– Representing the business at client meetings across Abu Dhabi

What do you need?
– Background in insurance sales, ideally with a medical/health focus (P&C experience considered if medical is the stronger weighting)
– A self-starter who can generate their own leads and work without hand-holding
– Exposure to both SME and corporate client segments
– Based in Abu Dhabi
– Arabic-speaking is preferred
– A portable book of business is a bonus – we understand non-competes in Abu Dhabi can make this difficult and it is not a hard requirement
