Our client is a data-driven media consultancy and certified partner of Google Marketing Platform, TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon Ads, and Meta. With 60+ digital experts and over 100 clients globally across Fintech, E-commerce, Gaming, and Travel, they work with brands to build performance marketing strategies that move numbers. They are remote-first, globally distributed, and expanding fast in MENA. This is a net-new hire to lead that push.

What will you be doing?

• Leading new business development across UAE, KSA, and wider MENA, focused on E-commerce, App-first, Fintech, and Travel brands

• Owning the full sales cycle from cold outreach through to close

• Building and maintaining senior relationships with both clients and agencies across the region

• Pitching platform-led solutions across GMP, TikTok, Snapchat, and Amazon Ads

• Managing your pipeline and reporting with discipline through CRM

• Collaborating with the Client Solutions team on smooth handover and onboarding

• Staying ahead of trends in performance marketing to bring fresh opportunities to the table

What do you need?

• 5 or more years in digital advertising or media sales covering both UAE and KSA

• A proven track record selling platform solutions including TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Google GMP

• A genuine senior network of client and agency decision-makers in both markets

• Fluent Arabic and English – this is a must

• Based in Dubai or Riyadh

• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
