About the job
This is a luxury fragrance brand founded in 2018, rooted in the Middle Eastern tradition of layering scents. Products are sold globally through Sephora and major department stores, with a team of 51 to 200 people. The brand is growing fast and needs a VM manager to own its visual identity across retail – from planograms to in-store audits to launch activations.

Work directly with marketing and product teams on launch activations and seasonal campaigns
What will you be doing?

Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies across retail doors globally, including Sephora and department stores

Create planograms, display guidelines, and VM toolkits for retail partners and in-store teams

Conduct regular store visits to audit VM standards and coach retail teams

Partner with marketing and product teams to align in-store presentation with campaign launches and seasonal priorities

Manage VM assets and ensure consistency across all global retail touchpoints
What do you need?

Experience in visual merchandising within beauty, fragrance, or luxury retail

Strong track record creating planograms and VM toolkits for multi-door retail environments

Comfortable conducting store audits and coaching retail teams in person

Experience working with Sephora or major department store partners is a strong bonus

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate, with flexibility to travel across the region
