Are you an investment associate with experience in alternative assets who wants to work for a digital investment platform expanding into the GCC from a Dubai base?

About the job

This is a digital alternative investment platform enabling retail and institutional investors to access tokenised real assets including real estate, private equity, and other alternative asset classes. Regulated in Europe and now expanding into the GCC, the team needs an investment associate to support deal sourcing, due diligence, and investor relations as they build out their presence in the region.

What will you be doing?

• Support deal sourcing, due diligence, and structuring of investment opportunities across alternative asset classes

• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memoranda for senior review

• Manage relationships with prospective and existing investors, providing regular portfolio updates and reporting

• Monitor market trends and asset performance across target geographies to identify new opportunities

• Contribute to the build-out of the platform’s GCC investment pipeline

What do you need?

• Investment experience across alternative assets, private equity, real estate, or a comparable asset class

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

• Experience in investor relations and portfolio reporting is a bonus

• Familiarity with tokenised assets, fintech, or digital investment platforms is a bonus

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
