This is a luxury fragrance brand founded in 2018, rooted in the Middle Eastern tradition of layering scents. Products are sold globally through Sephora and major department stores, with a team of 51 to 200 people. Trade marketing is a critical function as the brand scales its retail footprint globally, and this role sits at the heart of how the brand activates at store level.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute trade marketing programmes to drive sell-through across a global retail partner network

• Create toolkits, activation plans, and promotional materials for key retail doors including Sephora and department store partners

• Coordinate with regional sales teams to localise trade campaigns and ensure effective in-store implementation

• Track and report on trade marketing investment ROI and optimise spend allocation by channel and market

• Support new door openings and seasonal launch activations at retail level

What do you need?

• Proven trade marketing experience in beauty, fragrance, or a comparable consumer goods brand

• Experience working with Sephora or major international retail partners is a strong bonus

• Strong toolkit creation and campaign execution skills at store level

• Analytical approach to tracking trade investment and ROI

• Based in New York or willing to relocate
