This company builds a dental and healthcare technology platform that connects patients with dental clinics and practitioners across the GCC. Their platform enables clinics to manage bookings, attract patients, and grow their practices digitally. They are now expanding into the hospital segment and need a dedicated business development professional to build and manage those enterprise relationships in Dubai.

What will you be doing?

Develop and grow partnerships with hospitals and large healthcare groups requiring dental service integrations

Identify and engage key decision-makers within hospital procurement and operations teams

Present the platform proposition and negotiate enterprise-level agreements

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction post-close
What do you need?
-
Two or more years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, medtech, or healthcare SaaS

Existing relationships with hospital or healthcare group procurement or operations teams in Dubai

Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and enterprise negotiations
