This company is a Dubai-based digital assets and blockchain infrastructure business focused on providing institutional-grade access to digital asset markets across the GCC. They operate at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3, serving financial institutions, family offices, and corporate clients. They are at an important growth inflection point and are looking for a CCO to own their commercial strategy and build out the revenue function.

What will you be doing?

• Define and execute the company’s commercial strategy, owning revenue targets across institutional and corporate client segments

• Build and lead the commercial team including sales, partnerships, and business development functions

• Develop and manage relationships with key institutional clients, financial partners, and regulatory stakeholders across the GCC

• Work closely with the executive team and board to shape product-market positioning and drive growth across new verticals

What do you need?

• Proven track record in a senior commercial or revenue leadership role in digital assets, fintech, or institutional finance

• Deep understanding of the GCC financial landscape and relationships with institutional investors or family offices

• Experience building and leading commercial teams in a regulated financial environment

• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
