Are you a senior expert-network associate with two to three years of delivery experience who wants to step into a team lead track at one of the industry’s most active Dubai offices?

About the job

This is a global expert network and research business with around 1,500 people across 12 offices. Their Dubai office opened in 2025 and is scaling fast – this role sits on the delivery side, running end-to-end expert projects for US and European investment clients, with an expected progression to team lead within six to twelve months. No business development or client acquisition is required – it is a pure delivery seat with a clear management path.

What’s in it for you?

• AED 199,200 to 275,000 per year (roughly AED 16,600 to 22,900 per month), depending on level

• Based onsite at Dubai’s One Central, World Trade Centre

• Relocation support including flight costs, visa, possible housing loan, and short-term hotel negotiable

• Progression to team lead managing four to five associates within six to twelve months

What will you be doing?

• Run end-to-end delivery of expert network projects – sourcing, outreach, pitching, and project management

• Hit high-volume outreach and delivery targets for US and European investor clients

• Manage multiple live projects simultaneously with fast turnaround expectations

• Mentor and eventually manage a small team of junior associates once you are promoted to team lead

• Gradually shift focus toward Middle East clients as the Dubai office matures

What do you need?

• Two to three years in an expert network at senior associate level, or on the verge of that promotion

• Background from Dialectica, Arbolis, or Vedic is preferred – GLG is less favoured

• Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach and hitting delivery targets under pressure

• Not more than one to one-and-a-half years out of the expert network industry

• Prior experience mentoring junior associates or BDRs is a bonus

• Arabic language skills are a bonus but not required

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
