Are you a scrappy, GCC-networked sales professional with two to ten years under your belt who wants to be the front-line closer for one of the world’s leading expert network businesses in the Middle East?

About the job

This is a global expert network and research business with around 1,500 people across 12 offices. Their Dubai office opened in 2025 and is now scaling its investment coverage team to outgrow the existing expert-network players in MENA. The role is an additional headcount – a front-line new-business closer sitting alongside an existing AVP – with a clear path to VP and leadership as the office grows. They serve private equity, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, asset managers, and corporates.

What’s in it for you?

  • AED 30,000 to 40,000 per month base salary (level-dependent), with 50/50 OTE split – on-target earnings double the base

  • Visa, health insurance, and hybrid working (three days in office)

  • One month work-from-anywhere per year, plus summer parking and an annual return flight

What will you be doing?

  • Build and close a personal pipeline of GCC investor accounts from a standing start

  • Sell expert calls, Library access, surveys, and broader research products into the regional investor community

  • Cover priority accounts across private equity, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, and asset managers in the GCC

  • Manage a mix of new business development and account renewal or expansion

  • Contribute to the team’s first-year revenue target and help shape how the Dubai office goes to market

What do you need?

  • Two to ten years in direct B2B sales, with a strong track record on quota

  • An existing warm network into the GCC investor community – private equity, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, or asset managers

  • Scrappy, hunter mentality – this is not a role for someone used to inbound leads or large-enterprise support

  • Already based in the GCC, or a relocator with a genuinely portable GCC investor network

  • Arabic language skills are a bonus and would close a coverage gap on the team

  • Prior SDR management or team leadership experience is a nice-to-have
