Their ERP and accounting solutions are the market leader for SMEs across Asia and the Middle East, and the GCC business is growing fast. The Saudi Arabia team needs a customer success manager to manage accounts post-implementation, drive adoption, and identify upsell opportunities across the existing client base.

What will you be doing?

• Manage a portfolio of SME accounts post-implementation, ensuring product adoption, satisfaction, and retention

• Conduct regular check-ins, training sessions, and business reviews with key customer stakeholders

• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base and work with the sales team to close them

• Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding insights to product and support teams

• Become the go-to contact for clients throughout their lifecycle with the platform

What do you need?

• Customer success or account management experience in a B2B software or technology environment

• Comfortable running training sessions and business reviews with business owner and finance contacts

• Experience working with SME clients in the KSA or GCC market

• Arabic language skills are a strong bonus

• Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
