Are you a customer success manager with B2B software experience who wants to own a portfolio of SME accounts for one of the world’s most widely used ERP platforms in Saudi Arabia?

About the job

This is a global business management software company with over 30 years of history and millions of users across 140 countries. Their ERP and accounting solutions are the market leader for SMEs across Asia and the Middle East, and the GCC business is growing fast. The Saudi Arabia team needs a customer success manager to manage accounts post-implementation, drive adoption, and identify upsell opportunities across the existing client base.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage a portfolio of SME accounts post-implementation, ensuring product adoption, satisfaction, and retention

  • Conduct regular check-ins, training sessions, and business reviews with key customer stakeholders

  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base and work with the sales team to close them

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding insights to product and support teams

  • Become the go-to contact for clients throughout their lifecycle with the platform

What do you need?

  • Customer success or account management experience in a B2B software or technology environment

  • Comfortable running training sessions and business reviews with business owner and finance contacts

  • Experience working with SME clients in the KSA or GCC market

  • Arabic language skills are a strong bonus

  • Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
