Are you a senior marketing executive with five to seven years of experience who wants to own regional marketing execution for an award-winning global edtech company from their new Dubai office?

About the job

This is a global leader in assessment, reading, and maths solutions for pre-K to 12 schools and districts, used in over one-third of US schools and in more than 100 countries. They are opening a new regional office at Dubai Internet City and need a stand-alone senior marketing executive to own field marketing execution across international markets. The UAE sales team is already in place – this person will be the marketing partner to the regional commercial function.

What’s in it for you?

• AED 22,000 per month base, with a total target package of around AED 25,000 per month including allowances

• Housing allowance and school allowance for up to two children included

• Based on a hybrid basis out of the new Dubai Internet City office

• Foundational role with a direct line to global field marketing leadership

What will you be doing?

• Run campaigns, events, lead generation, and demand generation across international markets

• Work closely with the regional sales team to support pipeline growth and conversion

• Integrate with the central UK growth marketing team for campaign planning and build

• Manage a future Marketing Coordinator as the team grows

• Own regional marketing execution as the stand-alone marketing function on the ground

What do you need?

• Five to seven years of marketing experience, ideally at marketing manager or senior executive level

• Proven track record in campaign execution, events, and demand generation

• Salesforce CRM experience is required

• Edtech or international schools background is strongly preferred – school or education sector marketing also works

• Based in Dubai or recently relocated and available to start promptly

• Arabic language skills are a bonus but not required
