This company runs a UAE-based employee benefits platform that enables companies to offer flexible, personalised benefits to their workforce. Their platform connects employers with a curated marketplace of wellness, lifestyle, and financial benefit providers, helping HR teams improve employee experience and retention. They are a growing startup with strong product-market fit and are now building out their commercial team in Dubai.
What’s in it for you?
- AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month base salary

What will you be doing?
- Prospect and engage HR and People teams at SME companies across the UAE to sell the platform subscription
- Manage inbound leads and outbound prospecting activity, converting interest into qualified demonstrations and proposals
- Execute a structured sales process from initial outreach through to contract close and handover to customer success
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM and provide regular forecasting updates to the commercial lead
What do you need?
- One to three years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or a related field
- Strong outbound prospecting skills with a track record of generating pipeline
- Comfortable presenting to HR decision-makers and navigating buying processes at SME level
- Based in Dubai
