Are you a venture capital associate with two to five years of early or growth-stage investing experience who wants to join a government-backed VC fund at the heart of Dubai’s innovation economy?

About the job

This is a government-backed venture capital and innovation investment vehicle focused on supporting startups and scale-ups that align with Dubai’s future economy agenda. The fund invests across fintech, deep tech, and mobility – backing founders building category-defining companies. The team is looking for a senior associate to lead deal sourcing and due diligence and take on portfolio management responsibilities.

What will you be doing?

• Source and evaluate early and growth-stage investment opportunities across the fund’s target sectors

• Lead due diligence processes including market analysis, competitive landscape reviews, and financial modelling

• Support portfolio companies through board representation, strategic guidance, and follow-on investment decisions

• Develop investment theses and sector reports to inform the fund’s deployment strategy and LP reporting

• Represent the fund externally with founders, co-investors, and ecosystem partners

What do you need?

• Two to five years in venture capital, growth equity, or a comparable investment role

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with end-to-end deal experience

• Experience in fintech, deep tech, or mobility sectors is a strong bonus

• Existing network in the UAE or GCC startup ecosystem is a bonus

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
