This is a luxury fragrance brand founded in 2018, rooted in the Middle Eastern tradition of layering scents. Products are sold globally through Sephora and direct channels. The Americas is a priority growth market and the brand is hiring its first dedicated GM to own the region – a truly foundational leadership role for someone who wants to build a market from a position of strength, not from scratch.

What will you be doing?

• Lead all commercial operations across the Americas, including US, Canada, and Latin American markets

• Own the regional P&L, setting and delivering revenue targets across retail and direct-to-consumer channels

• Build and develop the regional team across sales, marketing, education, and operations functions

• Manage key retail partnerships including Sephora Americas, driving sell-through performance and new door expansion

• Work closely with the global leadership team to align the regional strategy with overall brand direction

What do you need?

• Experience at GM or VP level running a commercial P&L in the Americas for a beauty or consumer goods brand

• Strong retail partnerships background, ideally including Sephora or major US beauty retailers

• Track record building regional teams across commercial, marketing, and operational functions

• Luxury fragrance or beauty experience is a strong bonus

• Based in New York or willing to relocate
