What will you be doing?

  • Establishing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Conducting business analysis to understand customer needs and working with product and tech teams to prioritize them.
  • Managing projects to ensure timely delivery and meeting business requirements.
  • Identifying new projects and growth opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Defining and refining the customer journey and success program, and scaling up the team.

  
What do you need?

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Success role dealing with enterprise clients.
  • Arabic Fluency
  • A dynamic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; technology experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across geographic and cultural boundaries with complex customers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
