What will you be doing?
- Establishing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Conducting business analysis to understand customer needs and working with product and tech teams to prioritize them.
- Managing projects to ensure timely delivery and meeting business requirements.
- Identifying new projects and growth opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Defining and refining the customer journey and success program, and scaling up the team.
What do you need?
- 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Success role dealing with enterprise clients.
- Arabic Fluency
- A dynamic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; technology experience preferred.
- Proven track record of managing long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work across geographic and cultural boundaries with complex customers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
