What will you be doing?

  • Acting as the primary contact for clients, leading onboarding engagements, and ensuring ongoing product satisfaction.
  • Analyzing learning and business data to identify early wins or issues.
  • Sharing best practices to ensure clients derive maximum value from the platform.
  • Managing and resolving critical situations as the primary interface.
  • Leading face-to-face customer account reviews to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Identifying ongoing sales opportunities to achieve expansion targets.
  • Creating case studies and testimonials to build continuous client buy-in.
  • Supporting the sales team by getting stakeholder buy-in during sales opportunities/meetings.
  • Preparing and executing customer order forms for service renewals and up-sells.

What do you need?

  • Experience in the Oil and Gas and Energy sector, preferably in a SHEs role.
  • 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to define and meet deadlines, work under pressure, and build/maintain productive customer relationships.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to prioritize activities and meet key objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with confidence to converse with senior decision-makers.
