Role: Senior Education and Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
– Lead fragrance education programmes for retail partners, beauty advisors, and Kayali’s in-store teams across the region
– Drive retail sell-through performance by coaching store teams on product knowledge and selling techniques
– Manage key retail account relationships, supporting sell-in conversations and new door openings
– Develop training materials and education content aligned with Kayali brand standards and product launches

Salary:
– Base: AED 35,000-37,000/month
