THE BUSINESS
Renaissance Learning is a global EdTech business serving pre-K-12 schools and districts. Their platform (Star Assessments, Accelerated Reader, Freckle) is used in over one-third of US schools and across 100+ countries. Central growth marketing (UK) owns strategy and Marketo. Regional roles execute locally.
Opening a new regional office at Dubai Internet City imminently. UAE sales team of c.7-8 reps under Julie DeWitt already in place.

THE ROLE
Stand-alone Senior Marketing Executive owning regional marketing execution for international markets (UK and beyond). Sits in Victoria Rogers’ field marketing team (Head of Field Marketing, US-based) and works day-to-day with Julie DeWitt and the Dubai sales team.
Responsibilities:
– Run campaigns, events, lead generation and demand generation across international markets
– Integrate with central UK growth marketing team for campaign build
– Collaborate closely with regional sales team
– Future line management of a Marketing Coordinator

THE PERSON
– 5-7 years marketing experience (mid-career / marketing manager level)
– Proven campaign and events execution
– Salesforce CRM experience required
– EdTech / international schools background strongly preferred – GEMS-type school marketing also acceptable
– Dubai-based or recently relocated and immediately available
– English essential; basic Arabic desirable but not a deal breaker
– Marketo NOT required (central UK team handles)
– Must be available to attend Dubai Internet City office on hybrid basis

THE PACKAGE
– Base: c. AED 22,000/month
– Housing allowance included
– School allowance for up to 2 children
– Travel allowance (minimal)
– Total target package: c. AED 25,000/month
