Are you a driven cybersecurity sales professional who wants to build a market from the ground up, with direct access to the CEO on every deal?

A well established cybersecurity advisory and managed security services firm, with over 15 years in the market and offices across the UAE, Bahrain, Singapore and Switzerland, is looking for its next commercial hire in Geneva. The business has a strong recurring revenue base, blue chip enterprise and government clients, and a genuine opportunity for the right person to build out their presence in Switzerland from close to zero.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You will own your own sales cycle end to end, from prospecting through to close, without relying on senior leadership to get deals over the line.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identifying and closing opportunities across enterprise and government accounts in the Geneva market

• Meeting clients face to face, this is a meetings led role, not a desk bound one

• Managing the full sales cycle independently, from first conversation to signed contract

• Representing the business at industry events and building your own network in market

What we need:

• A proven background in cybersecurity, MSSP, or cloud security sales

• Comfortable owning the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to close

• Fluent English and French essential

• Commission motivated, with a genuine hunter mindset rather than a fixed salary first approach
