They work with hospitals, clinics, and individual patients who need skilled nursing and allied health professionals on a contract or permanent basis. They have an established market presence and are now investing in sales leadership to accelerate growth.

What will you be doing?

• Drive new business development across hospitals, clinics, and corporate healthcare accounts requiring staffing and care services
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to maximise retention, growth, and service expansion
• Lead a small sales team, setting targets and providing coaching to ensure consistent performance against revenue goals
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting high-value healthcare group accounts across the UAE

What do you need?

• Sales management experience in healthcare services, medical staffing, or a related field
• Proven track record of winning and growing B2B accounts in the UAE healthcare market
• Ability to lead a team while staying hands-on with key accounts
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
