Role: Sales Executive – Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
– Prospect and engage HR and People teams at SME companies across the UAE to sell mybenefits’ platform subscription
– Manage inbound leads and outbound prospecting activity, converting interest into qualified demonstrations and proposals
– Execute a structured sales process from initial outreach through to contract close and handover to customer success
– Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM and provide regular forecasting updates to the commercial lead

Salary:
– Base: AED 8,000-10,000/month
