Are you a General Manager or senior operations leader ready to run a 24/7 operation across more than 200 sites and own the profit and loss?

A well established UAE valet and mobility operator with more than 20 years of history, serving airports, hotels, retail, healthcare and public sector locations, is scaling its network and adding digital payment and smart parking technology. They need a General Manager to take full ownership of the business, leading a multi layered field organisation and acting as the senior face of the company with clients.

This is not a back of house operations role. You will own the numbers, the client relationships and the people, not just the rota.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the profit and loss, driving margin, cost control and sustainable growth

• Leading 24/7 operations across more than 200 sites, with consistent service delivery

• Directing manpower planning, duty rosters and staff allocation across the full network

• Leading operations managers, area managers, cluster managers, supervisors, location managers and drivers

• Managing key clients through regular reviews, escalations and contract renewals

• Representing the company and the management team with clients, partners and stakeholders

What we need:

• A proven track record as a General Manager, Director of Operations or Head of Operations, ideally a former hotel General Manager

• Hands on experience running large, shift based workforces across many sites, with several management layers beneath you

• Full profit and loss accountability and strong commercial acumen

• UAE experience is essential, along with a valid UAE driving licence

• Excellent communication skills and a polished, credible presence with senior clients
