A UAE based smart mobility and parking technology company, with AI powered operations across landmark destinations, residential communities and government backed city programmes, is scaling fast across the UAE and preparing to expand into the wider GCC. As the business grows, it needs a Financial Reporting Analyst in Dubai to own the reporting that leadership relies on for every major decision.

This is not a back office, transactional accounting role. You will build the reporting, explain what is behind the numbers, and present it directly to the Chairman and senior executives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPI dashboards

• Analysing performance against budget and forecast, and explaining variances with a clear commercial view

• Presenting findings and recommendations to the Chairman and C suite in a concise, confident way

• Using AI and modern reporting tools to automate reporting, improve data quality and speed up insight

• Building financial models and supporting budgeting cycles, board packs and stakeholder reporting

• Partnering with commercial and operations teams to give finance context to key decisions

What we need:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, with proven experience in financial reporting, financial analysis or FP&A

• Hands on experience applying AI or automation to improve reporting, with a concrete example you can talk through

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, plus BI experience such as Power BI or Tableau

• Excellent presentation skills and the confidence to build board level materials and engage senior executives

• Fluent English, with Arabic an advantage

• UAE experience is a plus, as are ACCA, CPA or CFA qualifications or progress towards them
