This is a luxury fragrance brand founded in 2018, rooted in the Middle Eastern tradition of layering scents. Products are sold globally through Sephora and direct channels, with a following that spans millions across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The brand punches well above its size and needs a senior leader to own its social voice, community strategy, and influencer ecosystem globally from Dubai.

What will you be doing?

• Own the global social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms

• Lead and grow a social and community team, setting direction for content, tone, and engagement

• Build and manage influencer and brand ambassador programmes that amplify the brand’s reach and cultural relevance

• Translate brand campaigns into social-first executions, tracking performance and iterating based on data

• Be the brand’s leading voice in how it shows up across social channels globally

What do you need?

• Director-level experience in social media and community, ideally in beauty, luxury, or lifestyle

• Proven track record growing global social channels and managing influencer programmes at scale

• Strong creative instincts combined with a data-driven approach to content performance

• Experience building and managing a social team

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
